Order & Delivery Timeframe

Each piece is handmade to order.

  • Heritage pieces: dispatched in 3-7 working days.
  • Heirloom pieces: dispatched in 7-14 working days.

Postage within Ireland usually arrives within 1-3 workings days.

Shipping Rates (Ireland)

  • Flat rate: €6
  • Free shipping on orders over €100
  • Collection available Wednesdays & Fridays, 9am–5pm (by appointment only)

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary by region and will be calculated at checkout. Customs charges may apply depending on destination, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via:

  • An Post
  • DPD
  • Or other trusted carriers through integrated fulfilment partners.

Tracking information is provided when available.

Delivery Issues

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address input, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Heirlooms by Em is not responsible for carrier delays once the item has been dispatched.
