Personalised Items

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Artwork is created based on handwriting, drawings, or images provided
  • Final design is an artistic interpretation
  • Minor variations in embroidery or framing are characteristic of handcrafted work
  • Submitted files must be clear and accurate

Heirlooms by Em is not responsible for errors originating from customer submissions.

All prices are listed in Euro (€).
Full payment is required at checkout.

Klarna Legal Information

Payment is to be made to Klarna. These payment options are only available to residents of Ireland over 18 years of age. Eligibility is determined by Klarna at checkout. Intellectual Property

All designs, digitised files, artwork, and photography created by Heirlooms by Em remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be duplicated or reproduced without written consent.

Photography & Promotional Use Clause

Heirlooms by Em reserves the right to photograph finished pieces for portfolio, marketing and social media purposes. To protect customer privacy:

  • Identifying details such as full names, addresses, personal dates or sensitive information will never be shared publicly without explicit written consent.
  • Customers may request that their order not be photographed or shared by contacting hello@heirloomsbyem.com at the time of ordering.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge this policy and may opt-out at any time.

Right to Refuse Service

Heirlooms by Em reserves the right to refuse custom requests that are inappropriate, unclear, infringe copyright, or fall outside our design capabilities.

Liability

Heirlooms by Em is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers
  • Damage caused by incorrect display, storage, or mishandling
  • Loss caused by user negligence
