The First Mark Heirloom

This heirloom preserves moments in time, a newborn's first footprint, sibling's hands side by side, capturing their little features exactly as they are, a reminder of the only time their feet will ever be this small.

Created to honour growth, connection and the passage of time, each mark is is stitched without correction or refinement. Natural difference in size, pressure and form are kept intact, allowing the story to speak for itself.

The larger square frame gives the piece space to breathe and dates can be added beneath if desired.
